It is difficult to save and revisit searches. Not possible to delete searches. Just is not user-friendly in app.

I’m enjoying listing for apartments in stories with great scenery. So far this app has managed to do just that . Similar listings pop up very often, which helps :)

No discrimination make u feel safe sound and fair

Every time I try and log in I get a message that says “The email or password previously entered has changed.” Then I go and reset the password and I still get the same issue when trying to log in.

The app is not working properly when you add filters. Listings that appear on desktop doesn’t appear on the app.

I’ve tried logging and it says that I had changed my password recently, so then I actually change the password and try to log in again and it shows the same error message.

Everyday I message 10 listings a day at least that always states “just listed” next day I receive message that says apartment has been rented or it’s in contract. I don’t understand this app. Although it’s illegal to discriminate against voucher applicants they still do. This company should require every listing to accept vouchers or not post at all and to update their listings daily. I have a 7 month old and wasting time to travel 2hrs via public transportation lifting a stroller up and down flights of stairs to only view an apartment just to be told vouchers are not accepted or be emailed some ridiculous thing about paying half month rent for “good faith hold” while application is being reviewed is insane. Non of these apps are useful for people not making over 60k, especially you have a housing voucher. Don’t know what’s the purpose.

Product Feature Request: Add Filter to remove furnished listings. There are a lot more Furnished Apartments listed and there is no way to remove these.

A lot of misinformation, basically these are listings trying to get you in. Incorrect photos, same photos being used for multiple listings AND BEWARE OF THE FREE MONTHS, your rent will be raised by an INSANE amount the next year. Unless you only want one year. And also beware of these new “luxury” SMALL apartments for insanely high rent. NY will never recover this way. We need to support the good landlords, not the greedy ones! I’ve lived here 25 years and this is not how we operated. We need this amazing city to be affordable and the melting pot and the unique experiences you’ll have to make it the city it’s always meant to be!! We are tough, and as they say, you make it here you can make it anywhere!

Should consistently list square footage and hold landlords responsible for accurate measurements.
