I work in research, so reading the word scientific and then get recommendations to use essential oils against stress and anxiety? Granted, some smells can increase fear, but there is no scientific literature proving that it does the reverse. Then there is point two, using preprocessed data from Apple’s Blackbox algorithm and calling it scientific research?!? There is no way this data is reproducible. If you want to use a solution like this, look for one that accesses raw data through an SDK and not some opportunistic app that wants $20 per month based on data that is impossible to verify.
Watch complication was showing some stress level but always different that the one that gets displayed when you tap on it, but now it only shows “STRESS….”
i have always different results between your app and the data in my health app. fir example.. my last result after a mindfulness session was 54ms in the health app, but is shown as 24ms in your hrv app. now i’m confused and doubt the results of ur app. i checked a third app which shows the same results as in my health app. can u explain this to me?
I really like this app. Haven’t gone full mode yet but probably will soon. It seems to know when I am stressed. I would recommend to anybody.
I like the app well enough, and it seems like it's ok, but I frequently get assessments of 250+ ms HRV, and that's just not possible. The developers told me in a support ticket that these scores aren't counted, but I've come to the conclusion that I don't trust the UI. I've uninstalled this app after several years, multiple phones and multiple watches doing the tracking. I'm not sure any stress app is any more accurate, but I don't trust this one. Frankly, between this and the sleep tracking, I think I want to go back to Android devices. They seemed to be far more accurate and complete for health tracking data.
I love the insights I get right on my watch. I’ve been able to shift my activities from information on the app.
This app has been very interesting in tracking my stress. It’s made me aware of just how stressed and overtaxed my body is on a regular basis. The only thing I wish it could do is take a pulse of how my body normally is and then alert me to times when my body is in extreme stress, compared to a normal body.
I paid for a full subscription. It is not due to expire until June 2025. As of today, you locked me out. No notification, as to why. If you cannot notify me refund my money. ASAP. It was “buggy” reporting anyway.!!
My favorite thing about this app is that it tells me when to push myself at the gym and when to back off a bit. It seems to be spot on as to when I am dealing with unusual levels of stress or moderate to severe lack of sleep.
