Jordan Friedman has really taken stress management to a higher level. This is SO much more than an app. For those of us dealing with daily stress or more significant issues, his techniques, videos and applications will make a gigantic difference for you and so many more. Recommend this to everyone. They will thank you forever.

Being a type A person, stress is always with me. I have taken different exercises from this app and have put them into my daily routine. I have noticed a difference. When something stresses me, I do one of the exercises and begin to calm down. It definitely has made a difference.

Unlike other stress reduction apps, Stressbusters has so many different resources and formats, you can customize it to focus on the things that make you most chill. The content changes all the time so it’s never boring. It’s an app you should keep on your home screen for easy, regular access.

I especially love the relaxation audio tracks. There are a lot with water themes which are really calming.

Warning: This was the last app I installed prior to having problems with my Safari Browser. When I removed the application, the problems with the browser ceased. The problem it appeared to create was forwarding my browser to other web pages.
