I try and I get an error message. The staff says it’s because the app is erroneously showing slots that are already booked. It would be GREAT if the developers would fix this. The app is pretty much useless as it is.
Doesn’t allow me to book sessions on the app—says i have zero credits but I have a subscription. Can’t book online either. The difficulty i have when booking is the main reason why I’m going to cancel my membership.
The 1 star which is gracious is 150% for this useless absolutely horrible app, not the actual place or their workers which are all amazing and worth it. This app makes me not want to continue going. I have been to stretch zone close to 8 times so far, this app has successfully booked ZERO of them since it never ever works. Maybe hire an app developer with a GED minimum.
For weeks now I have attempted to make my appointments using this app and I’m constantly getting a booking error message. I have deleted the app off my phone and changed my password. Now I can’t even log in. This is SUPER inconvenient and now I may not be able to book the time slot I need. Please fix this.

I have 4 credits, but I continuously get errors. I keep forgetting to call to book. Their main competitors app has great reviews. They need to majority upgrade the app as reviews are pretty bad. IT team please fix this!!
This app is terrible. Very difficult to log in, and have been unable to book sessions. It either doesn’t work, or isn’t very intuitive/ user friendly. Good concept, but for as much as they charge, it shouldn’t be so hard to book an appointment for services you’ve prepaid for.
Received my introductory stretch and I am hooked. Rico was amazing and I have already set up my next appointment
App is the worst. Can view availability but can’t book appts. Can’t purchase credits, can see how many credits have been used. Calling location is hit or miss and sometimes have missed appt availability as left message but those times have filled up. Fix the app!
