Bugs even with the basics functionalities
I’ve been using the app since 9 months now with my coach. From my point of view this app is not good enough even for the simpliests functions. I have problems with the upload of my videos (something very important with distant coaching) : it takes more than 20 secondes to upload and often the upload doesn’t work at all. I don’t receive any notifications even if my coach takes the time to watch and comment all my videos. And last but not least, when I tried to contact the Strivee team to report the bugs they weren’t really nice with me and at the end I didn’t receive any working solution at all. Trust me, you don’t this tool to be yours. It’s driving me crazy every day !
C’était bien, mais…
Au delà de plusieurs problèmes d’ergonomie sur l’app, il m’est impossible de mettre à jour mon moyen de paiement, aucun SAV, je ne peux donc plus rémunérer mon coach. Sans solution depuis 1 mois, et désormais sans abonnement, je ne peux plus suivre mon programme.
