Great app for gym accountability. Easy to set up workout routines and the personal records are both encouraging and depressing when you fall off the Gym wagon. Apparently, I haven’t been to the gym in almost 2 years although I do pay for it monthly SMH! I lost all of my data and the developer recovered it for me in under an hour. Exceptional customer service thank you very much. Looking forward to getting back on track with my workout schedule. Highly recommend!
Love this app, but at some point they required apple sign in everytime i launch the app. very annoying and inconvenient considering there isn’t much celluar service in my gym.
Very easy to use but progress charts are only available in the paid subscription service. I thought I finally found the app I was looking for where I could just log what I’m doing and track my progress but you have to pay for that. The subscription is very cheap which is good ($5/month, $30/year, $100 forever) but a lot of fitness apps have timers and all that which im trying to avoid. I hope someone finds really good use from it cuz a lot of thought was put into it but someone like me who’s just looking for a way to chart progress easy isn’t going to get much use from it. I can’t pay for the Pro version right now but it’s still early development so I don’t want to delete it. Unsure of what to do 🤷🏼♂️
Love the app but every time I’ve ever tried to share a workout with my friends via text , my friend will click the link and it opens strong app then says “you already have this template downloaded” or something like that but it’s nowhere to be found! Not in my templates or anywhere else! Please fix this on new iPhones
Would give it a 4.5 out 5.0 Strong is the best app I’ve used for encouraging and tracking strength training. Its user friendly, well laid out, and flexible. I love that the app pairs seamlessly with my Apple Watch. Areas for improvement: - Watch version needs to be easier to edit and complete exercises. I find myself walking over to my phone during workouts. - More exercises: I’ve created custom exercises for common ones like clamshells and front squats with bands. - More options when creating exercises: Would be great to add primary and secondary muscles (rather than just “Legs”). This would help track improvement more. - Body maps to show areas that have been worked out most and least. - Data widget for overall progress for body categories (core, legs, etc) Keep up the great work!!

The app is amazing especially the paid version. But I’ve noticed at least from June of 2023 (August 2024 currently) you cannot view any exercise (clicking the name of the exercise) while a workout is in session without the app completely freezing. Even when one isn’t in session. Used to be perfect.
I am astonished by how seamless this app is. Inputting everything I want takes seconds. There’s absolutely no clutter with the useless state up. It automatically updates all of my workouts so that I know what reps I need to hit for the next one. It’s embarrassing that I ever tried using anything else. If you don’t have this app, you are not optimizing your life
Have been using the app for a few years now. Tracks workouts well. Biggest problem is when you have a change in your workout routine, example: can’t get to the machine or dumbbell you need, and have to adjust your workout on your phone, or watch. This program works sometimes, but a lot of time I spend too much time trying to get the new routine data to sync between my phone and watch. Try resetting the watch from the phone app, turning on and off the watch multiple times. Sometimes it works quickly other times I have to do it over and over again, to make it sync. This is just for one change in your routine, if u have to do multiple changes, like I know many of you do, it can be a nightmare!!!
