Study Fetch

If I was able to give it no star at all I would I regret using my last money on this, for one I paid for the premium version but this is still not reflecting on my account. 1. The system is so slow 2. At times when I upload notes to be summarized they don’t get summarized 3. The recognition is not working well 4. It seems you have to pay to call spark e even with premium 4. The schedule keeps getting the times wrong and at times only including quiz times and not the whole schedule 5. An error message pops up and refreshes everything now and then This has been a nightmare I contacted customer services they were not helpful want me to collect videos after I wasted so many hours trying to get this thing to work they want to waste more of my time , time I should be using to prepare for my exams. I was excited when I discovered study fetch an app to make my studying easier but I am worse than before. I therefore do not recommend this app, unless they improve then this should be great.

I’ve subscribed and I still need to pay for certain features to work still. Not worth it. Again it didn’t load all my material. Not worth it!

The Ai is so advanced and the layout of the app is really easy to get the hang of, this saves so much time!!!

If you could add various languages then it would be helpful. Please add Bengali language too so it would be easy for me to learn more effectively.

Last 2 days has not been working stuck on loading screen

yeah so there’s a bug that makes the screen look weird and it’s just overall hard to make flash cards or practice. the only thing i managed to do was talk to the chat bot which said it could make me flash cards but didn’t. idk what i did wrong but pls fix bugs and overall interface.

Tell me why after sharing this app to people just so it can help me study for my exams, it crashes so o shared it for no reason and now I lost a tool to help me study. The membership is extremely over priced, $20 a month??? No free trail either? Absolutely insane

Spent hours on tests just for it to erase all my written answers the app also glitches constantly making it impossible to click anything or use the app at all
