I’ve used the app on a number of Shimano motors and found the instructions to unlock the speed limit (and other settings) extremely easy to follow. You get so much more joy out of your e-bike once it’s un-restricted. Keep up the good work.

5 star app, 6 star customer support 2 1/2 years 5000km since first using and downloading app. changed to badass box4 for 5mths because of accidental firmware update, due to unreliable performance badass box went through the annoying downgrading of Shimano firmware once more allowing me to use ST Unlocker, Needed unlocking of “premium license” , so emailed customer support and eventhough it was a sat gmt 6:30am, within 10 minutes I’d received licences and had full access.

App works well. Does what it intends to do. Developer very responsive and willing to assist if you face any issues. Highly recommended.

Downgraded the FW to 4.8.0 as per instructions, purchased the license, changed to US market and all works perfectly. Tested E8000 on the trails and went fantastic!

Brought this and it wouldn’t work. I tried 3 different phones and it still didn’t work. I emailed them and had no help in trying to sort out the problem. Total waste of money.

I bought the app before realising my firmware was later then the mentioned version eligibility. After contacting them via email it was sorted. Once you pay, you then open the app back up and connect to the bike. Then go into market settings (which doesn’t exist until you by the license) and you have the option to switch to the US region which gives you the increase from 25km/h to 32km/h. Communication was very good when I was problem solving, keep up the good work.

This app just took my $55 and sent me the same serial number I already had when I was trying to unlock my 2nd bike. I used a different phone, seperate apps, the only crossover was my credit card details. Not happy.
