Sub-Zero Group Owner’s App

I cannot change the temperature on my wolf series M oven. I can change the mode via the app, but I can’t change the temp. It goes to the change temp screen but then that screen is mostly bank with a greyed out save button. This has worked in the past. We live in a world where software is everything. You are not delivering quality software.

I’m a product manager at FAANG and this app on the surface does everything I could want. Except it never works. I randomly open it for my refrigerator and it’s either unable to load the appliance state or worse it says I need to reconnect the appliance to the app. Completely awful app experience.

We have a brand new frig so, if there are any special features the app provides, you’d think we’d see those. As far as I can tell, the ONLY thing the app does for frig owners is tell them when to BUY more filters. Temperature inside 30 degrees too high? Nothing. Though that really seems like a far more important piece of info.

App working well again. Not an app issue, but I wish Sub-Zero had enabled the ability to view actual fridge temp and error codes via app.

If the app is a big part of your decision making look elsewhere! So unreliable. Not what I expected from a Wolf range. The range is within 10ft of our access point. Opening the app there is only a 50% chance that you can actually see the appliance. This app cannot be relied upon while cooking. Now my appliance won’t even show up. App recommends logging out and logging back in. Doesn’t help.

Latest version has been showing my appliances can’t be found for a couple days. Completely broken. I had no issues for about half a year now.

Just had a sub-zero fridge installed, installed the app and no luck. Need to make a call to the mothership. I have Thermador appliances which has an app which works right out of the gate. Can’t get the app right, hope the appliance works better. Signed, Fingers Crossed

I tried to download the latest update but there is no download button. Only an open button that takes me back to the invitation to download the latest

Wonky where attempting to register an appliance. Be prepared for ambiguous errors. You may need to call customer support to complete the process. Luckily, they are good about answering the phone and trying to help by making changes in their database.

Update: Changing my rating to close to 4. Developer was quick to fix the problem and update me about the new version. Crashes or send me to some wonky website to login
