This review for 1 star is due to to the app constantly asking to be reviewed, its like one of those annoying ads that pops up right in the middle of doing something!!!!

Hit and miss
I have had several cars that allow you to control the car from your phone, but this is the most limited of what it can do, very hit and miss on controlling the car climate control and charge timer does not work at all.
Love the car loathe the app
Trying to use this app is an absolute nightmare. Just got a new Solterra and love the car but genuinely wouldn’t have got it if I had known how unusable, literally unusable it is. I’ve yet to be able to do anything at all with it, EVERY SINGLE time I’ve used the app I had to force close it because it hangs. Can’t check things, can’t schedule charge, can’t access climate control, a complete and utter shambles, should be a total embarrassment for both Subaru and the developer. Probably the worst app I’ve ever had the displeasure to use, I can’t even imagine what went so badly wrong here, perhaps the developer is still in school?
Connectivity issues and freezing phone
Updated version of this app is now even worse than the first version. Now can’t update the state of charge while the car is charging so have to keep walking back to the car. Still the same problems with two drivers trying to use the same app. Just a really poor underdeveloped app from a manufacturer of premium cars. Must do better guys. It’ll stop me getting another Subaru when it’s time to change.
Update failed now no app at all
Tried to install update and cannot get a verification code back from Subaru so no longer have a working app. Why did it not just update without the need to log in again. Totally frustrated by this "exciting" update
Brand new £50k car and this poor app
Subaru need to do better. I can’t get the car to actually appear in the app, even though the process keeps telling me it’s succeeded. Oh, and it looks like I can’t have me and my wife use the same app. Expected better than our Fiat 500e which goes back next month, so far not blown alway with the app support.
Unreliable with major issues
Multiple failures when trying to log in, totally unreliable. Also, can only link one persons app with the car, so multiple drivers can both use the app for the car. Very poor for a premium brand like Subaru
