SUBSCRIBE ME: Rent Car Monthly

I had a really bad experience with this company with the customer support team . No reply and no phone calls answered for 3 weeks . I returned the car and they auto renewed subscription and now trying to reach them out since 1 month but no reply

Dear to whom concerned., The unprofessional behavior exhibited and repeated attempts to mislead me have caused significant inconvenience. To summarize my experience: 1. I originally rented a vehicle with a 2.0L engine; however, your team provided a 1.6L engine vehicle without informing me. I discovered this by chance when I contacted your team, and they seemed surprised when caught. 2. I requested a replacement vehicle, and the car sent was in poor condition. After a long discussion, the team replaced it again with an old vehicle without a screen. 3. I informed Subscriber me team that I intended to escalate this issue to the Dubai government. At this point, they promised a better replacement car. However, the vehicle provided had a faulty air conditioning system. The supplier and his partner gave a me a car with low technical specs and low performance without informing me till the got and they admitted that they are aware of this .

2 weeks ago I got a 500aed speeding fine on a road I have never driven on. And when I question them about it. They’re very silent or say they will send the proof blah blah blah. Nothing happens. After paying for a car with 4500 monthly mileage a month for 3 months. And me only driving maybe 10000 km at most. They have told me I’m 3000km over and just took 500 AED again out of my account. After sending them the proof of their error. They don’t reply or anything. My wife and I have given up on subscribe me and have gone elsewhere. Same for my business where we had freelancers renting 5-10 of their cars a month. And I urge everyone else to not use this company. Unless ofcourse they enjoy losing money without explanation. And they enjoy bad service.

Very bad experience, they ask for papers like salary certificate and job contract and after all they will reject your request for no logical reasons. I don’t recommend their services to anyone

The service I received was initially disappointing.However, I want to acknowledge the exceptional assistance provided by Mr Khabir, who went above and beyond to rectify the situation. His dedication is commendable and a rare find in customer service. Unfortunately, the core service itself fell short of expectations. This approach highlights the service's shortcomings while giving credit to Mr Khabir for his excellent work.

I rent a car through them and returned it after three days because it was in a very bad condition then they told me they will refund the rest to me. I contacted then several time but no one refund my any Dirham and now they ignore my msgs. Worst experience and they don’t have reliable customer service.
