Using the two titles „WorkingHours“ and „SubTotals“ from the same developer over the last 6 months I am really impressed by the ease and usefulness of the two programs but also how seamlessly they interact with each other. Running several mandates and tracking time used and costs accumulated every day, I can absolutely recommend the software.

Love this app makes my life easier!

I only need a simple invoicing program; my accounting is done in a separate program. However after using SubTotal here are additional features that would move it up to a 5 for me. * Auto populate/save item descriptions as they are typed * A column for date of service or purchase * Provide option for Separate categories (so that items, delivery charges and services can be grouped together by category on the invoice. * option to drag and drop order of items. I itemize by date. Sometimes after completing a bill I find an outstanding charge that needs to be inserted chronologically into the invoice. Its a real pain to retype the whole invoice to insert one item. * a function to show payments applied, with check or transaction number. This is still a quick, easy to use and useful program. I hope to see these features added soon!

I was looking for a basic invoice maker with no monthly charge. This app caught my eye immediately. I first downloaded it on my Mac, tested it, then downloaded it on my iPhone. Both the desktop and iOS apps sync with the one-time fee pro version of this app, which is nice. You can even use it for multiple businesses while keeping everything separate and nicely organized. My two complaints: First, there is no way to change the date format. In the US, we use MM/DD/YYYY, however, the only option which appears on the invoices is the reverse DD/MM/YYYY. This will be confusing for Americans. Second, there are only 4 invoice template designs. Design number 2 is my favorite, but aside from that the other 3 options are bland and not very appealing. Hopefully more options will be added. Aside from those two things, it’s truly a near perfect invoice app!

I have used this app a few times now and has been flawless! I recommend to any small business that does not need an extravagant invoice. Absolutely love it! Keep up the great work!

This app is just what I needed :). I love that it tracks my hours but also makes a simple PDF I can invoice my clients! I even had my daughter start to use it to track extra work she does around the house so we can pay her!

I was looking around for months to find an easy to use and affordable time tracking and invoicing solution. I purchased this one and the WorkingHours to go with it. Previously I had troubles with accurate time recording, task tracking, and invoicing. Now it is really easy, as an invoice is simply one click away. There was a minor bug with a recent update. I contacted Timo, and he responded right away, and fixed it! You can't go wrong with SubTotal and WorkingHours! I liked them so much, I also purchased Diarium and AtomicClock...keep up the great work.

Die Software funktioniert gut und vereinfacht die Rechnungserstellung. Die Vorlagen sind gut. Gut gefällt mir die Zugferd/xRechnung Integration. Eine Speicherung der Umsatzsteuer-IDs ist auch bereits versteckt mit dabei. Die ID muss mit Buchstaben und Zahlen ohne Leerzeichen in einem Feld eingetragen sein. Danke für die Erklärung in dem Kommentar. Die Kombination mit WorkingHours ist sehr gut. Leider erfordert mein Workflow die Arbeitsstunden im PDF-Format. Ich hätte mir gewünscht das Subtotal auch Stundenreports erstellen kann. Mit einer anderen Vorlage könnte das möglich sein. Leider habe ich das nicht konfigurieren können. Wäre es möglich diese Funktion einzubauen? Wie ich gelesen und getestet habe, hat WorkingHours keinen PDF-Export. Wegen der Softwaregröße macht das bestimmt, wie im Forum geschrieben, Sinn. Wäre es möglich einen Stunden-PDF-Report in SubTotal zu erstellen? Vielen Dank für das faire Preismodell. Bitte nicht das Vertrauen der Kunden durch spätere Einführung eines Abo-Modells verspielen. :) Auch die anderen Apps des Autors sind empfehlenswert.
