New update’s font size is so small. Please make it big like previous update. Every time they ask for account number e.g. balance check, mini statement..even after log in.

I try add account details for transfer but can’t add details

Well if bank wants to grow and provide the good service to customers then it must learn from other banks. Mobile banking app has interface issues, look issues, button placement issues. Please check the same and try to improvise for better experience.

Very worst UI can’t even navigate within the app, the back button appears very top left corner and after touching 5 to 10 times it responds.

Worst app ever!! There are more issue than features!!!! Otp comes after 3 hours!!!! Cannot send more than 10000 to some beneficiaries!!!! The list goes on!! Worst ever app!! List this bank to upi so we don’t have to download this pathetic app!! And transact via more reliable and secure apps!!!

I am unable to conect with this app and i am not getung in my account sustam show your device is not found

1. Devices changed and you’re beeped off. 2. Change password every single month.. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Why? For security reasons? get a life..

I’m trying to open the app but it says update the app from the store but there is no update available.

Please update your system to next level.if sim card remove from mobile or mobile change to another and login then error shows device not matching.there are lots of another bank which provide mobile banking in that there is no issue to relogin and no error. Please update your app.so it is not necessary to reach branch bank and fill the form for device reset.
