With the new “Re-imagine Transit” system, it would beneficial to have a one-way ticket option for those who miss their connecting bus and must take the train or, if you misplaced your transfer ticket to the second bus and are only going 1 way.
It is an essential application if you are in Suffolk County but apple pay not working please fix this issue.
Like I say a year ago the payment options are annoying putting my card information when you have the option to use Apple Pay and won’t work you guys need to fix this cause it has been over a year now.
Some driver don’t put the destination sign correct. The bus is always late, and many drivers are rude to passengers. The service is down for two months so the bus schedule does not load correctly. Phone number stops working at 4:30 but rush hour does not start until 5. This is a poorly functioning system overall.
After using this for months, the app stopped working-saying purchase failure on attempts to buy tickets. But they took my money! I had to fight with my bank to get some of my money back for which I got absolutely nothing. Can’t believe the App Store still carries this trash when they say their app doesn’t work with iPhones.
I use the app all the time, just wish the Apple Pay feature would work.
Doesn’t offer an option to purchase only one ticket, and doesn’t even work with Apple Pay, forced me to fully input my credit card info to buy two tickets for my one way trip
It is very useful so far, though I would like there to be an option to buy just one fare, in case a second isn’t needed, at least for some time.
I take the S54 route the same time everyday and I’m always getting problems with the drivers about “paying my fare” I show them the app and they don’t know what it is I’m showing them. Hopefully anyone else who uses this app doesn’t get a route in which the bus drivers don’t give them a problem.
