I started with Sugar Sync before I had a smart phone. I used it to sync home and work files. Over the years I used it to store data from my smartphones. Worked well for 10 years of photos and countless phones. Started having problems accessing my account. Apparently, my credit card expired. According to the snotty reply to my account inquiry I was sent a notification. I was not offered any ability to restore access to my data. I am devastated so much of my older data is lost. Do not trust this heartless enterprise.

I like the fact that you get 250gb with subscription but the App keeps crashing and I’m having difficulty uploading photos and videos.

Update - The new app update is crashing quite often. iPad is on V. 13.4.1 (17E262). Downgrade one star... :( ——————————- The new features seem nice, but why did the font size have to become so darn tiny!? It was barely big enough to see in the last version. Now it is ridiculously small. Would you possibly make the app work with the iOS 13 accessibility feature so I can enlarge the font/text size?

For the past few days, it is impossible to open a document from within the SugarSync app in an iPhone. The icons allowing one to “Open in” another app are nowhere to be found. I sent a request for help about this yesterday and no answer as of yet for what is a serious problem. As well, the blog on your website remains seriously out of date. WHAT is going on? Also SugarSync: please ensure all backups you have on your servers of customers' documents are destroyed if things are crashing for good. Less than optimal customer service. Really too bad.

I am not able to download MP3 files and neither can quite a few of my Team members. At least 2 of us have iPhones, mine is the iPhone 8. It seems Sugarsync is really interested in storing my photos, but I have no need for that. Does anyone else have a problem opening MP3 files?
