I’ve been trying to login into my account for over a week now and is not working. I’ve never see such thing before, are you trying to steal every customer money or what? This is the worst bank I’ve ever seen because I don’t know why they stop people to login inside their account
They closed my account for no reason. Now waiting for my balance to send in alternative bank. Worst experience ever. They dont have any customer support. Just stealing people money
My suit me account been blocked for nearly 3 week and as we all know it was Christmas yesterday and I couldn't get my daughter anything for Christmas or my family and flowers for graves and I can't receive money so I have lost my working tax money and they have cancelled the payments but hasn't sent it back to HM Revenue I have been ringing and emailing and doing live chats and all I get is you need to wait for an email for more information I have told my friends and family not to open an account now im warning everyone else not to open account

This bank is complete night mare they astate for premium plus service -dedicated manager?’ Skip queue so vip customer service contact? Free suits to suits transfers ?! For£ 9.99 a month all lies they charge u for account plus 99p for every transfer to suits account you make I don’t see any package in the premium plus they just robbing you and out of nowhere block you access and don’t reply to your emails just avoid them
Tried to transfer money out of my account over 48 hours but keeps saying that I have connectivity issues Yet I have 1gb fibre and no issues, downloaded the app onto my iPad Pro and same issue so it’s not my iPhone. Customer service are hopeless My advice stay clear
Every time I enter the app without internet it makes me log in again once I turn in the WiFi. You guys need to fix this bug immediately
joined almost 2 years ago and the first day I put money in the account got locked, no way of getting hold of support, and still after 2 years I can’t get my money out 2 YEARS! all the reviews on here are fake
