Nul depuis Summeria
Plus satisfait, je ne comprends rien, je ne trouve l’appli plus clair, je ne marque pas souvent de commentaire, encore moins sur des applis, mais là, je suis vraiment déçu comme beaucoup de utilisateurs.
Connection trop complexe
Rapatrier un compte existant sur un autre appareil ne devrait pas être aussi complexe… pas de possibilité de se connecter avec un mot de passe ou des données biométriques . La concurrence fait bien mieux. Vraiment à revoir
Super application indispensable
L’application est super le seul regret que j’ai concerne la nouvelle interface malheureusement, pourquoi l’avoir changé 😭 mis à part ça l’application est super

Pour avoir eue quelques soucis avec ma carte bloquée le jour de mon départ au Japon, un mail envoyé le lendemain c’était réglé, c’est la première banque qui réagi aussi rapidement, je recommande.
