Developed by The Sum of, the Sumit wellbeing app is a technology-enabled holistic wellbeing program, built to improve the wellbeing of individuals, helping them grow and thrive in both their personal and professional lives.
It offers an integrative solution, using the principle of holistic wellbeing to create meaningful individual journeys. The app is structured around eight areas of wellbeing, namely Purpose and Meaning, Thriving in life, Connection and Belonging, Health and Fitness, Knowledge and Creativity, Work and Career, Money and Savings, and Work Environment.
The core functions of the Sumit app are:
The Sumit Survey, including questions in each of the eight areas to provide insights to the individual. High-level, live-time reporting is available on the app.
Mood Check-ins, allowing individuals to check in on how they are feeling.
Resources are available in each of the eight areas, for all users to explore, assisting them along their own wellness journey. This allows individuals to take control of their wellbeing.
