Terrible upgrade

There was nothing wrong with the old version and then they launched this one which has so many problems and very difficult to use. Please go back to the old one or fix problems.

Can’t activate Visa card from App.

Overall the app is not the best UX. but it’s okay. Frustrating that I can’t activate a new Visa card. When I’m asking to enter the expiry date. I click in the month section and it doesn’t / won’t open key board. So annoying.

Not working in landscape mode

Was using this app but the new update does not work in landscape mode on my ipad. Have deleted the app. If i wanted it in portrait mode i would use my phone.

Takes forever to load

For a banking app this is very substandard at times. It doesn’t load at all or it takes forever to load up. I have a new phone. The phone is not the issue or the service. It’s the app my other banking apps work much better
