Fraud

Summit used to be a great place to bank, then someone tries to commit fraud on my account and summit closes my account permanently! They left my savings account open, and they found the culprit behind the fraud & still kept my account closed! Not cool Summit!!!!!

Very convenient

I review my account on a daily basis. I enjoy the details of withdraws and deposits showing the totals on each transaction. It is an app that I use every day and it is essential.

Can someone reach out and help me my app will not let me enable my face recognition

I often have to delete and reinstall the app to get this feature to work. 😬

App

It’s an app for online banking. It’s not good, other credit unions and apps are better. Kind of really hate this online bank, UW Credit Union app is way better and seriously, this looks and operates bad.

First time making an app?

It’s truly incredible. How is this app so insanely bad? Needing to constantly close out and try again to get the app to just simply load the main screen. Just now I had to do it 6 times before it would work. How are employees at this place not noticing how terrible it is? There is simply too many things to list as issues, but it’s as if this is someone’s first attempt at ever making an app, there zero consideration for UI/UX. It’s 2024, I’m pretty sure you could find someone to build you a better app, no need to stick with this one that was built in 2004. Here’s an easy one. Want to look at your Credit card transactions, mortgage, or IRAs? Guess what, all three are seemingly different platforms and do not play well with the app, or at all. Why does this app even exist?? Why is there a lag of days when you pay your balance on your cc? Hate to say this but maybe look at some big bank apps and see how well they’re designed. Shheeeeesh
