this app makes it really convenient to open my gate when I’m not home or when it’s raining outside. i love the new video call feature!

New biometric feature was a great addition letting my users login without having to remember passwords. This saves me time as the Admin as I do not have to reset passwords for users. It has definitely enhanced the security and the overall experience for the user. Great App - I definitely recommend it.

New interface is much easier to use. Biometric and favorites is a great time saver. Push to hold is a lot more intuitive than slide.

This app is horrible in all forms. Their customer service does not exist. I’ve tried calling, emailing and calling again it’s been several days and no reply. Now the app updated and I have no connection to my gate and no one is getting back to me. It’s now a hazard. Hopefully someone fixes this right away and the company improves their client services.

New biometric works great. Good time saver. I use it everyday.

If you forget your username good luck. There isn’t a forgot username button just forgot password. I have no idea how to get access to my username. App didn’t even work on my gates.

This app super trash… this my first time in life writing a app review but I had to because this app is TRASHHHHHH…. 1.You have to open the app 2. You have to close or the app completely because it NEVER loads up (just a black screen)3. Refresh the app 4. Finally the app Home Screen loads up and your able to open your front gate but by this time the monsters and zombies have already caught up to you smh. 0 stars.

It’s a good platform WHEN IT WORKS. I’ve been operating this system for approx 6 months. I’ve had to remove the app from my phone and reinstall countless times.

The app works 50% of the time if you’re lucky. Not user friendly and definitely not dependable!
