This app uses heart rate monitor (s) with Bluetooth low energy (BLE) to measure stress based on Heart Rate Variability (HRV).Major features of the app
- Real time status of your stress.
- A personalised timeline on your profile, about history and pattern of your stress.
- You can tag your stressors, to learn about your body reacting to stress.
- Meditation (Guided mindfulness techniques).
- Breathing exercise.
- Relaxing nature music.
- Plug and play App for stress using existing sensors like Garmin watches, Polar A370, and others sensors which can provide open access for Heart rate varibility data.
Contact us for getting a Sumondo provided sensor, which is as good as Polar sensors.- Assessments, mental health professionals could use this app for monitoring their patients progress.
