Frustrating app. I can see I’ve collected lots of points but unable to access them as the app crashes. Have tried reinstalling and it makes no difference

Have tried several times over several months… try signing up but the email link never arrives despite resending. Finally given up now, can’t even remember what the app does

They send you an email to log in. This is the only way to log in. The link in the email is invalid. I noticed this app hadn’t been updated in a year and developer has never commented on a review. Should have been a red flag.

This app has auto installed on my phone twice without me downloading it, it literally just appeared. The first time earlier today was at the same time as another app that I had downloaded so I assumed it was bundled and just deleted it. I just checked my phone and it had reappeared, so I have deleted it again.

The way this app doesn’t work will lead me to abandoning my fave local independent coffee shop and going to Costa where the loyalty app works. It’s just full of errors and you can’t just order and pay for a coffee Get it right or go home

Downloaded app got the email link followed the instructions but all I got was a white screen

Download, get email link... and app fails to open. Time after time...

The app is brilliant but unfortunately if you log out of the app the only way you can log in again is to enter your email address, which then sends you an email with a link. You can only use the launch Goodies button in the email if you have closed the app. It doesn’t work if the app is open in the background. Once you are in the App it does everything I need it to do and is very easy to use.

You can’t redeem rewards ? What the actual is this app even for

This app works well for online ordering however there is no way to claim rewards for Wenzels bakery - utter waste of time.
