Been using this app over a year. Now unable to login, I tried creating a new account and buying the subscription, the app shows an error msg. Please rectify this as it many be an bug on the app.

I’m a subscriber for a year. When I open the app it keeps asking to update. But can’t go further then that pls help

Hello @Sunnxt. The app is not working. Whenever I enter the app it says please update your app and when directed to App Store there isn’t any update available. I have been doing this for the past one day and still not working. I have a current subscription with Sun nxt. I hope you rectify the issue ASAP
Can’t update the version
Hi I couldn’t update the version, it doesn’t show update on the app and I can’t watch the series too. Kindly advise
Waste of money
Recharged with 6 month HD pack. When trying to use the app it shows no subscription to retrieve. I wonder whether developers will check this software in IOS PLATFORM 😡 reinstalled.. restarted.. still need to change the device 😤
