Its bad enough the password requirements are outdated but to force me to create a new password for absolutely no reason and then tell me the password i created that is exactly the same when i renter it is wrong WHEN ITS NOT!! Only makes me rage are your incompetence

No incoming or outgoing notifications since the last update!!

Please reverse the sale I love Suncorp

Since updating my phone I no longer receive outgoing and incoming notifications. I tried fixing my changing setting and still not working.

Works great for the most part but recently the option for notifications of deposits and withdrawals has stopped working. I’ve tried changing the amount needed for notifications, turning them off and on and even deleting and reinstalling the app but so far, no luck. Hopefully it’s resolved soon.

It’s the slowest banking app I’ve used. Constantly loading, logging in takes a long time, double when faceID breaks which is every other login. Additionally, the accounts rearrange themselves and notifications to dismiss when opening the app almost daily. There could be an announcement area in app for this. Honestly, I look forward to my fixed rate period ending so I can change banks and use another app. Devs, check out the commbank app, perfection. FYI I have the latest iPhone and iOS. It’s not me, it’s you.

I cannot believe that scheduled payments get debited after the daily cutoff time, so the payments do not get processed until the following working day. So a payment scheduled for the 1st of the month will not be received by the recipient until the next working day, which if that was a Friday, they wouldn’t receive the funds until Monday the 4th. Not good enough!!

Looking at the latest reviews makes me laugh! No one cares or listens to anything! The app is so slow and always has been! Get rid of the intro and the rubbish and speed the thing up!

Not sure why you’ve removed such a useful feature, please reconsider adding it back!
