Suncorp Bank Secured

I couldn’t login the app no matter how do I do. So frustrated ! I can’t transfer money from my normal internet banking !! Why made this app but can’t even login .

Quite literally THE ONLY SUNCORP APP THAT ACTUALLY WORKS!

I have this secure token app. I try to transfer money out of my Suncorp account to another account. I get a pop up saying I need to generate a token. I generate the token. There is nowhere to put the token. The banking app asks me to down this secure token app. The cycle repeats.

Doesn’t accept original login details and locks the account on the first entry. Upon creating new passwords, still doesn’t recognize the new details and locks the account again.

This app is such a useless addition when there are other established and useful MFA methods available. I cannot complete a bank transfer because the Suncorp app never registers this app as installed (even with a reinstall of the app). I’ve actually decided to change banks over this. Useless.

The app is broken and instead of using simple TFA they use an app that doesn’t work. Waste of time and we are moving our banking elsewhere.

Wouldn’t recommend Suncorp for their digital experiences

Instantly crashes after opening. Unusable.

Considering this is required to manage your money. You think Suncorp would invest in a bullet proof app. This app is unstable, doesn’t work half the time. And the bank can’t help you with it. Saying just reinstall the app.
