Suncorp Insurance App

Downloaded as instructed when first told to. Worked for approx 2 weeks & then nothing. Deleted, reinstalled, nothing. Lost all speedy visual access to our insurances with the error message appearing each time! Not good enough at all! Update: finally after four phone calls/emails, and being shifted around to different people/sections, a fabulous female was able to help straight up. If you're lucky you will get her straight away & the issues will be gone.

Can’t login. I only use Suncorp app for insurance but I can’t login. Previous app was better and user friendly.

It’s been an absolute nightmare to deal with Suncorp this time. Wasted 20 hours talking to multiple people in circles for 3 months and got nowhere. Easter 4.5 hours speaking to 7-8 people about my policy today alone. Again nothing has been solved.

Can’t even log in to the app, just comes up with something’s gone wrong… What a waste of time, can’t even use the banking app for insurance now either…

I just starting using the Suncorp App and I found it very easy to navigate. A great start.

This app is dreadful, I’m unable to link my insurance policies using my contact information. Why?

Doesn’t recognise my login details. Seriously thinking I have to take my insurance policies elsewhere.

This app is just useless tried 10 times to set it up and kept getting the message that something went wrong and to try again .If you expect your customers to use it get it working first.

It’s great to see all my insurances together, it would be great to see my health insurance policy aswell
