Application won't connect to sauna. Terrible interface, lacks customer support. Only option is to manually access sauna directly.

This does not work, it will not connect to the sauna to operate it. Everything is up to date. Sauna tablet is garbage, no battery so anytime the power goes out it needs a reset.

Seems like this company can’t get their app to actual connect to the sauna. Lame.

I’m a big guy and I’m very impressed by how solid this sauna is compared to everything else I looked at. The bench is rocksolid and no creaking or cracking. The tablet is great and watching YouTube videos makes the time fly. The oval experience is amazing. The programs are very helpful and the three person spa is the perfect size for just me so I can move and lay down. Worth every penny.

Every few days it seems I need to manually start the app on the tablet to restore connection, otherwise it keeps saying it disconnected…. Annoying.

90% of the time the sauna will not start off If the scheduled time. Set it to start so that it is ready when I return from the gym, only to find it hasn’t started. You would think Sunlighten would get there act together and solve these issues, after seeing all the problems from the review. Starting to really regret this purchase

App is bad. Old tablet is bad. Very expensive spa that we can turn on.

Love our sauna, but the app is unreliable, making the ability to preheat in our busy studios impossible if not on site. 😞

I love my sauna but the APP does not work. Entered a schedule for this morning to have it ready by 7am and it did not turn on. This is a major flaw for this company. I should be able to use the app to turn on and schedule my sauna at anytime from anywhere especially when I am not home. Please fix this MAJOR flaw.

$8k for a sauna that has remote start via an app. Oh wait..the app NEVER connects unless you are physically near the sauna. Complete garbage. I walk over to the actual sauna to start it. I finally deleted the app since it just took up space on my phone. Sunlighten, get your ish together. In a day and age when ChatGPT can plan my entire vacation for free, why can’t you get YOUR app to connect to YOUR product? Do yourself a favor, save $5k and get the base model sauna instead of the “higher end” model that literally never works. Beyond frustrating…
