There’s no ‘back’ button, I have to close the entire app and open again to return to the main page.. there’s no appointment number in the SMS, it’ll be better if can link my appointments in the app automatically by phone number.

Apps didn’t have back button, the dialog box didn’t resize according to your screensize, the dialog box always stuck on the top of the screen, which you aren’t able to enter ur input.

Seriously no back button at your app? The search is right at the top of the screen of my battery display? Your app looks like it’s done by a bunch of primary school kids. Unbelievable bad.

There is no “RETURN” button! Once you click in somewhere you literally CAN’T go back, have to restart the apps again.

About the search doctor, can be enhanced to chatbot type, usually patient doesn’t know what dr to look for except they can tell which part of the body not feeling well Lack of personalized services which encourage via adoption of AI for better user experience

How about allowing user to manage family members appointments. It will be convenient as we can assist elderly in the family to schedule appointments and receive reminders for upcoming appointments.

1) No indication of SMC and SMCV 2) Some SMCV doctors are not found 3) Appointments made in SMCV website are not found in the app 4) Unresolved problem with my phone number not matching with hospital records despite calling several times to correct it. 5) Have not been able to access to retrieve my X-ray reports since 5 days ago😵‍💫

This app totally cannot use! Contacted Customer Care to make appointment, asked me to download the app, at the end downloaded cannot use and reached again CS, they asked to walk in! A big group like Sunway, but the App is not working at all!!!!

This app is just work in progress and has not been updated for a long time

Can you please update your app so that can make appointment ? Currently your app supports Klang Valley only . Please update the app .
