The last time this app was updated was years ago. No matter what you click on in the hamburger menu it takes you back to the main screen. If you have an account from previously paying by plate and then buy a transponder, you can’t link your plate to the account because you have no account info and there is no way to look up an existing account through email address. Good luck trying to talk to anyone when calling and the app provides zero guidance.

The app is extremely glitchy and not designed to be user-friendly or even useful. It is grossly underdeveloped and a stark reminder on how FL’s infrastructure is sorely behind the times.

This app is so difficult to use. I just want to add a new transponder and funds. If you want people to use your service it would help to make it easy for them, that’s the point of having an app. Oh that’s right you get paid either way, actually make more if we don’t have the sunpass so why would you want it to work easy?

It used to log you in with biometrics, they disabled that option now, it’s a pain in the neck when you can’t remember the log in information and you’re not in a position to find out what was your log in information. Just terrible update they did.

How much of our tax money was spent on this garbage app and web site??? Can’t open an account on the web site unless you order a transponder but I just bought one. Fine I’ll try the app. Nope cuz I had a different transponder in my old car with this license plate. Literally maddening. Fire whoever is in charge of this and laugh them out of the building.

App constantly says i’m having network issues even though i’m connected to reliable wi-fi and freezes when loading pages. It just don’t work

This app never works, it’s just a blank page

Attempted to create a new account to register a transponder purchased at Walgreens. Site crashed repeatedly. No option to do it on the website. Useless.
