Sunrise Fasting

I really appreciate that this app is free and does not track my data. I tried a bunch of different fasting apps and all of them required lots of sign up information, paid subscriptions, etc. but finally, this simple app is a breath of fresh air. Thank you.

Sunrise fasting is so simple, it’s fantastic! • No social feature, • No extra “lessons” on the who/what/where/when/why/how of intermittent fasting, • Customizable fasting length, • Widget for the home-screen, • Can export/import data! I’ve downloaded & uninstalled dozens of app’s that track one’s fasting data. But most are now overcrowded & over complicated that it feels more like a social media platform instead of a tool to track fasts. Thank you for developing Sunrise!

This intermittent fasting app is SUPER simple and easy to use, and the “history” is easily understandable. The best thing about it is that you can go back and edit your starting/stopping times if needed (which I must do frequently because I usually forget to do it at the time!).

Thank you for creating a simple app for tracking fasting. Simple to use and without unnecessary features that so many other apps are having.

Would love to be able to tip and to change the timer to a countdown to goal!

Have been using another popular fasting app for years that started out as a simple fasting app but became more and more bloated over the years with unnecessary features, popups, account requirement, poor design choices, etc. Glad I found Sunrise, it’s exactly like the other app was in the beginning, simple fasting app that works perfectly without any unnecessary stuff. App is also open source and has Apple Watch support. Thanks to the developer!

This app gets straight to the point which is really nice. Works just as great, if not better than other fasting apps without all the extra stuff those apps try to throw in.
