SUNSKY refused to refund me whole for lost package
I contacted SUNSKY’s customer service, and they told me to contact usps myself, and which I did, but the insurance only cover up to $100, so my loss wasn’t fully covered. I paid $113.30, usps reimbursed me $106.35. However, when I ask them if they can refund me the rest, they refused and said it’s only the post office’s fault and none of their business. Won’t purchase from this company again.
