SBP has done a good job, moving to digital. Some work required but overall performance and working is good.

Not a single way to launch a complain, why would they even spend to build this application if we cannot submit any application and have to contact with bank,

Very simple flow

Poor registration experience. Its not navigating past the signup screen even with correct information. I guess we need another app to register complaints against this complaint app.

When we try to register on this app, after enter the OTP an error msg that “There is some issue in Active Directory” appears & ur all the process comes form start again. How can any one logged complaint if the app is not working properly

Easy to use and very helpful.

The app is utterly useless as app is unable to verify the OTP. Can’t register. And if somehow you succeed, you can’t login because it shows an error even though I get confirmation email and sms that I’ve been successfully logged in.
