No detection and after click redemption has to be another mall 400kms away. Super lousy marketing

This new app is slower and harder to use than the older Sunway Pyramid app. Several features are removed and the interface is not user friendly.

It’s bad navigation design if you have to make the user tap on the search bar twice. The first search bar appears upon opening the app. Tapping on that search bar will bring up yet another search bar. That’s just silly and burdensome. Fix it please. I don’t want to tap on a search bar twice before I can actually type something.

Been using the app for some of the events' redemption and love the navigation feature cause I always get lost in malls.

I love the directory and navigation function, I’ll never get lost in Sunway Pyramid!

Now that you started the smart parking which is good for entry. When will the app integration for payment start? Queuing to pay is totally counter-productive to this system

Keep hitting error : response status code was unacceptable: 401 while trying to register for newly launched Smart Parking function.
