I think it is good. Last time I needed to create one login for one patient profile. Now I can manage my dad’s and mine under one. Can make appointment, easy. Can view medical reports. Continue to add more features.

Dear SMC team, Please fix the white screen on otp issue I have connected with your team and shared the screen recording but seems the issue has not been resolved and it has been almost 1 year Sunmedgo is a much better app

Refuse to accept password created as per instruction. I still can’t register to see the report

Screen is blank after requesting for OTP

I can’t even log in on my iPhone. After getting a verification code, the whole screen went blank.

Downloaded app, fill in info but not working.

The scanned report that comes from the app and the link to view also only provides 3/4 of the entire report - thus you cannot see some critical words on the right side of the paper. This is the same even if you try to ‘download’ the report which is the same as using a web browser rather than the app. Also, can there be a possibility to provide option to get the dicom images of the scans? Its difficult to show any other doctor what is happening especially in event of emergency.
