Sup: Vent and Express Yourself

Seemed to get unreasonably banned. Can’t download the app or log in cause I exceeded a “quota”

I reset my phone and redownloaded sup & every time i try to log in it doesn't work. just indefinite loading screen then freezes up. Please fix your app a lot of people miss Sup.

When i opened the app my account was logged out and when I tried to login by clicking on ( forget my password) didn’t work

if ur going to get rid of ur app take it down from the store smh

I deleted the app after it was causing some problems on my phone and redownloaded it immediately after. I could have sworn I didn't forget the passwords to my accounts, but I'm unable to log into my main or any of my alts. I clicked forgot password but the button doesn't even work. I couldn't even create a new account to try and DM support in app because it kept eternally loading. I know I wasn't banned at all so this is a little ridiculous. How can you expect people to use the app when there's no password recovery?

I’ve had an account with this for 3 years and all of a sudden I can’t log in and when I try it wants me to create a new username as if my account doesn’t exist. I can’t find anyway to reach customer service. Please don’t shut down this app. I have over 900 entries and I can’t lose them.

This app has helped me out a lot but the button to change password doesn’t work and so I can’t get back into account to enjoy it

The app has been down for weeks now and I am fully convinced it is because the developer just. abandoned the app all together. so glad I cancelled my sub before this happened. This app Used to be an excellent place to vent feelings and make new connections, but now its just a loading screen. it doesnt even say its down for maintenance.

I would love to give this a better review but I can’t even sign up. I tried signing up and it was loading for 5 minutes and finally I gave up. If I can sign up I would be more that happy to give a better review Edit: I’ve had this app for 5 days and I still can’t sign up

This app used to work just fine however now whenever I open it it just stays on the opening page. I truly hope they aren’t shutting this app down without any warning. I feel terrible for the people who have they’re journals written on here and can’t get access to them. Please tell us what’s going on. Thanks.
