Super Chix

This app is completely useless. I created a login but every time I try to go on the app to place an order or scan it, it won’t let me login. It says the info is incorrect. When I click reset password it never sends an email.

I love Super Chix and am excited that they updated their app.

This app is way better than their previous version. There has been so many updates to include a loyalty program. I was worried about the functionality of Apple Pay, but after talking with somebody in one of their locations, I was assured that this will be happening in the near future. I look forward to that. Thank you for hearing the feedback and updating your application.

App is easy to navigate and figure out. And the food is amazing!!

This app is simply unacceptable in 2024. I understand that there are not a lot of Super Chix locations (I’m seeing 35) and that the company is therefore not going to focus on their own app so they’ve outsourced it to this Olo company, fine. Actually, potentially smart even. But when there is no way to contact anyone through the app and when the app doesn’t have Apple Pay integration (what?!?), not so fine. Olo may be the ones letting Super Chix down here, but it doesn’t matter, the bottom line is that this app is letting customers down and that should matter to Super Chix who should do something about it.

No Apple Pay integration. Either the “I’m here” check in button doesn’t alert the store, or the employees don’t check it because no one brings the curbside orders out.

Super Chix in Hoover, AL offered phenomenal food with outstanding service! We visited during lunch which was a very busy time. The workers were looking for ways to help customers and stayed busy. Best customer service I've seen in a long time! Highly recommend this location.

Website and app use different domains which confuses password managers. No Apple Pay integration. Consequently, carve out 20 mins to place your order while you reset your password again and hand key in that credit card (because who would trust every app with their card info?)

Two glaring omissions that I think they need to add: I couldn’t useApple Pay. I had to enter a credit card. 2: There is no option for picking up at the drive-through.
