The constant replays are annoying, but this is a real game, not the usual rubbish made for phones. Controls can be weird sometimes, like if you want to go straight backwards. It often just won’t do it.

You have to have to pay to not have no ads on the other hand it is very hard but fun

Having played the original game and the iPhone version, I purchased the iPad version as soon as it came out. All was well until I loaded iOS 5 then all went wrong! Start page loads up momentarily, then disappears leaving a blank page. Shutting down, deleting/restoring - all unsuccessful. I have complained to Sega and await a response. DO NOT DOWNLOAD until they have fixed the issue - you won't get anything for your money. Once fixed, this game should be worth 4 stars. UPDATE - Sega responded quickly and are trying to fix the iOS 5 issue. However, that was weeks ago and the game still doesn't work on iPad! The iPhone version does work So what's going on Sega? I've given one star but it doesn't deserve that as you can't play it. UPDATE July 2024 - reinstalled the game for nostalgia only to find that the character does not generate enough speed to complete the levels including the easy setting! Character moves at a gentle walk and is very frustrating. This game will once more be deleted from iPad.

Came back to play the game and where is the original game, not this Sakura rubbish? It's a pale image of the original with advert after advert after advert. Great game ruined.... Please bring back the original. You can leave this version in store if you must for those that want it but bring back the original...☹️😱

Great for that little hit of nostalgia. Wish I could connect a my tiny 8bitdo controller so i don't freak out people sitting next to me on the bus, violently wiggling my phone around to stay on course.

It’s a good game but I don’t like the name because monkey ball that’s kinda sus

There’s so many cool worlds to choose, 4 of the best monkeys I’ve ever seen and it has monkey target which is like the finest mini game on Earth. Ads are dumb but it’s got so much for a free game. There’s even a new mode called quick play.
