30 days Abs Workout Challenge with Lazy Monster

Honestly I thought it would be better but it is still good but you have to pay for day 4-30 on all of their apps you need to pay for almost every single thing

This ap is amazing. I am 8 and so far I am very happy with the app. I just got the app and I love it. You do something for 10 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. At the end, you can challenge friends and family to download the app. I have not exercised in a long time but this app helped.

This is possibly the best senior exercise program that I have come back to (when I have not been exercising for awhile) it starts gradually and slowing increases in bite size steps - very nice ... my only complaint: there should be many more sessions so one can continue for 6 months to one year 🤗🤗

Having fun! I'm out of shape and this grinning nonthreatening guy who wheezes when I am is making getting back in shape much easier.

I think these exercises are a good place to start if you are out of shape and not in the habit of working out.
