Superbrothers: Sword&Sworcery

I recently downloaded this game and so far was completely enjoying it, no issues whatsoever and it felt like a unique game environment. Unfortunately, after I updated my iPhone 11 Pro Max to the newest iOS 16, rotating my phone sideways makes the lobby screen turn into a warped stretched version of itself. I am posting this information here in hopes the devs will be made aware of the issue and can resolve it. I’m unable to find or click on any in game link to report the issue due to the nature of the issue itself. I will, of course, update my Star Rating as soon as this can be fixed and the game can be played on my device again. I’m super looking forward to that because it was really interesting and had a dope soundscape I was eager to further explore. Edit: updated my rating to 5 stars after seeing that the devs fixed this problem. I’m so thrilled. Playing it again now. I’m just sorry it took me a year to check back and see that there was an update addressing the issue I had. I love this game

This game has no sense of grabbing my attention to detail. The controls are literally tapping and it moves your character. Also the script uses words no one speaks of so like the Bible so it throws me off. Waste of money from the get go. Immediately requesting refund. “Amazing soundtrack” The sounds consist of the recordings of the real world. WOW so amazing :/

I honestly couldn’t get past the title and the only way I ever got past was by opening it through The App Store but it only worked once and I accidentally quit the app and I got very bored very quickly. 😔 Real sad because the trailer made it look very cool 😔😔

I am unable to get past the title screen. I’ve installed an uninstalled twice.

Wanted to play after not having finished it a long time ago and unfortunately it won’t even work from the start. Orientation is messed up when you try and rotate your phone. Hopefully they fix it because I always felt this was the peak of mobile gaming.

A newer versions of iOS the game is not playable. When you open it, the screen is rotated and then the game locks up. Surprised they’re still selling this game without fixing such a bug.

not working

Really wanted to finally play this game. It’s been so long since I tried that maybe I forgot it wouldnt work at all then either? Either way I got a new phone and considering I payed for this game I wanted to be able to play it. Alas the game does not function. It seems a lot of people are having issues in general getting the game to run on multiple different platforms so rather than spend more time troubleshooting this app I think I’m just gonna cut my losses. Apparently it has a low completion rate even on steam with people saying it’s interesting but not really that great of a game so I guess I’m not missing much but my money.

Love the game. Love the soundtrack. After listening to the music in the car my 9-year-old wanted to play but every version of the game seems to not work both with iPhone and iPad. Super bummer and hope the glitch gets fixed. Anyway I can get a refund for the mini version I just bought would be appreciated? It’s only $3 but I think on principle it would be nice? That way I can have half the cost to buy the Switch version? Unless there’s help on the way?

,from the start the orientation is off. No matter what orientation the IPad is I the games view and menus options are miss aligned. Couldn’t evn start the game.
