Useless app
Total garbage app. It’s completely useless unless you pay for the membership. It’s also has a clunky user interface and is slow. Also, you can’t set up multiple profiles for other members (my 4 hockey playing kids) on the same device. Pretty disappointing.
Non functional app
The examples the app shows are only for the three board option which I’m guessing many have the 2 board option. It does not keep track of your scores or historical information as it shows and overall navigating the app is a huge pain. Also super slow and buggy making it a non starter.
Major Disappointment
I was totally stoked for the competition Super Deker was expected to bring, but the app is a total flop! It takes forever to open, crashes often, and the leaderboard doesn’t work at all, I have a brand new phone fully updated and top of the line internet. So no, it’s not user error.
App doesn’t work but they still charge you
It seems like they are ripping me off. App doesn’t work but I still got charged and can’t get money back!! What gives?
Can’t log in
Terrible app can’t even log in or retrieve password.
Worst app
I tried to get my account back but I forgot it and now I can’t make a new one because it’s telling me to use the web login and I don’t know how
Works pretty well, some bugs
I’ve had a decent experience using the app for about the past month, none of the greyed out icon or login issues others have reported. I did have to logout and reboot the SuperDeker board to get it to sync properly the first time, but fine since. One major issue: can’t seem to turn off the sound effects. I’ve tried hitting mute, because I just want to listen to music or a podcast while I’m using the Deker, but the sound effects and crowd noise from the app always override that audio. Please fix!
CANNOT log in
The log in button is always grayed out. It’s been like this for the whole day
Terrible customer service
Awesome product but I had an issue with the app and after multiple emails to customer service to fix the issue I gave up.
