The support team for this app has been phenomenal they have quite responsive and fix the issues asap love the customers support/service and the app not to mention is awesome love the widgets the scores of your favorite teams or team is at a glance!
Apple sports is better
You can only use the tiniest widget which is reasonable but the fact that you can use live notifications or CHOSE WHAT SPORT YOU WANT UPDATES ON like you have to pay 20$ fee on top of 3$ a week. Like this app is honestly horrible
It typically works pretty good and all my widgets work but the knicks keep coming up as the Detroit lions and I can fix it.it is really annoying.
They offer 1 widget out of the group that is “free”. That widget is considered “legacy”, and is discontinued. Meaning, the only widgets that work are literally the paid ones. They brand this as free to get people to click on it, when a free widget isn’t on the menu. Very scummy to me.
Used to work great and now the NBA widget says no upcoming games even though there is a game tonight. Used to be super useful. — UPDATE: reinstalled the app and the widget seems to be working again. Thanks!
Please fix. Just shows grey squares for the teams and score is stuck on 0-0.
I really love this app, especially the widget feature but for some reason as of yesterday both my widgets for my teams went black so it’s just 2 black squares. Idk what to do?
Superfan does its job to a satisfactory level. The issue lies with their understanding of team logos. I only follow the NHL but on Superfan the Oilers have a logo that to my knowledge has never been used by the team, the same issue is present for the Leafs, the Wild’s reverse retro logo is used instead of their actual logo, the Islanders are listed under their alternate logo along with the Avalanche, and when they were still around the Coyotes also were listed under an alternate logo. This doesn’t make the app unusable by any means but it would take a simple google search to find the correct logos and it does make it clear that those running the app do not care about hockey.
I redownloaded and everything, but the widget is just a blank white square and I followed the steps correctly.
