Superfy - Find your people!

I have been banned for a long time now and its really annoying because i really liked the app. I have done everything, I’ve reached you through you feedback thingy and emailed you but still nothing. Pls take it off

Out of nowhere my account just stopped working. I get no questions or replies when I write anymore and I have tried to delete my account many times to start a new one but it doesn’t work either??

I have had the app for 3 years, and throughout those barely noticed any change (UI wise). The app is made to ask questions but has recently been used as a way for people to express their hatred towards different people or minorities. The Superfy Admin give people too many chances in my opinion. Most platforms would be banning people permanently for telling others to take their lives. The addition of group chats was the first update in years that added something big, and even that just made the app worse for me. If the app was used properly, this feature wouldn’t be bad. Seriously needs better moderation. The app needs a better source of income, since relying on investors isn’t a great strategy. If I had a dollar for every time I have been told my life is not worth living on this app I would be very rich to say the least. The app has also recently been spammed by “free likes” questions, which completely removes the purpose of the super likes. Add a cooldown on questions, add a limit on how many likes you can give the same person, i don’t know, there are many solutions that goes to waste due to lack of updates. If the app keeps going in this direction, it surely will die. It will first get rid of the few nice people on the app, then turn into a toxic mess that people will just be so toxic to each other that they will just go to other apps.

How do I get my old gmail account on superfy back? I don’t want to use the phone number account

can yall take away my suspension? it’s getting annoying

I cant login into superfy, it says something like, The operation couldn’t be completed comapple.devicecheck.error How do i fix it, i tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, it didn’t work, restarted my phone and it didnt work, I dont know what else to do, help pls, the app is so fun!

I can’t log in into neither of my accounts, and I’m not even banned. I’ve tried emailing Superfy so many times but they barely provide any help.
