Wrong Delivery, Wrong Billing and very poor customer service
I ordered only once from this app and I must suggest that they are extremely unprofessional in their job. Firstly they delayed the delivery by a day from the scheduled time. However that is understandable given the current circumstances. But they delivered additional quantity of chocolate and biscuits and obviously billed me for it, but my kids wouldn't mind the extra chocolate and biscuits so it is fine by me. But worse, I had ordered 5 ice creams which they did not deliver and billed me for it. When I called up they said they will deliver it soon. It did not arrive for the next 3 days so I called up again. This person isn't even aware of the delivery pending. I told to swap it for something else as I was no more in the mood for ice cream. I was assured it will be sent soon. 2 days and waiting. No news about the delivery, not even a call or message. Probably Amazon is too big for them to be compared with who is very efficient in their deliveries and returns. But there are smaller companies like Yeebly and Fresh to Home who are very efficient and prompt in their deliveries even during these unfortunate times.
