Уважаемые разработчики, пожалуйста, пофиксите проблему со входом в игру, загрузка просто зависает в начале и ничего не происходит!!!

Игра крутая, но почему бы не добавить функцию создания своей закрытой игры вместе с друзьями?!;) Также можно было бы добавить вариант играть с ботами чтобы потренировать различные тактики ведения боя!!) Было бы круто, если бы вы это добавили бы!)
Good but two problems
This game is really fun and it makes you use your brain which I like but the first problem is gold. Gold is basically the stuff that you can buy and make things go quicker and easier for you. Some people spend way to much gold witch is annoying. The second problem is that it is so time consuming and if you don’t spend at least 3 hours a day you will lose the game.
There is a bit of issues
I love the game,BUT, sometimes I just feel like the time to invade and move takes to long but otherwise it is a awesome game

I got banned for nothing
A admin kicked me for no reason then accused my friend of being a alt when we spoke up, this abuse of power is not fair and will be the reason a lot of players quit and probably already quit because of this. Yall admins act like 5 year olds with power

Got kicked out of app and no way to recoup my money I spent
I was kicked out of my account. Not sure if it was an update or not. But it gave me a new account upon relogin. But the packs I purchased are no longer available of course. The most frustrating thing about this is that there is no way to contact the developer. I have searched in the game. No means. I have searched on its help site, no means. I have searched on within the App Store, no means. Why is it so difficult to find a page where to communicate to the developer regarding issues.
