The App does not work. It always gives a message that we are syncing the latest data. But no progress

Not working crash every time. Live bus tracking is never working not showing proper bus schedules. Very bad development usefulness for passengers.

Worst app as there is login issues. First solve this then anyone can explore inside.

Useless app, very slow, no option to buy Suman Pravas Ticket (25Rs Ticket)

The app is having some problem. I’ve been trying to using it for about 4 days now but whatever option I choose it shows the same message “Please wait, we are syncing latest route information for you. Please try again after some time.” Please try to fix this as soon as possible.

This app is developed for smartest city of India - Surat. And irony is that this app doesn’t work as smart. You can’t creat account, can’t find bus near you, can’t do m-ticketing, and many other can’ts as well.
