Wonderful customer service!

I dislike this app. It isn’t intuitive and I am always being asked for a receipt months (like 9) after I submit a claim. Horrible service from a “service provider.” Why don’t they actually do anything like due diligence instead of rejecting claims.

This is a very good app always looking forward to use it!!

The submission of claims via the phone app makes this process very easy.

I am very satisfied with how the reps go above and beyond to help and make sure everyone understands what has been done or what needs to be done to use their flex dollars.

All of my past payments were okayed by the Wex program. Surency has replayed $0. You are hard to work with. This is not your money!

I would give a zero if I could! You have been extremely difficult to work with on reimbursements.

Very complicated. It would be easier if there were a spot to save all receipts
