As compared to doctutorials the content is very neet ss specific (surgery) and the app is very user friendly. Whenever I needed help on the technical side I got a resolution within 2 to 3 hours. The only thing lacking is a dedicated section of bookmarks per topic for quick review you'll have to use the bookmark practice test option instead 😅
