Awful
Expecting people to have data and signal inside the building just to get in is stupid. I was locked out of the changing rooms and couldn’t get back in because no signal. Whoever came up with this idea needs to get sacked

Just awful
First time I’ve tried to use it and the system not letting me in tried 4or5 times no success not happy
Whoever’s idea it was to replace card sign ins with an app that doesn’t work should lose their job immediately. If you’re a higher up in the company you should forfeit your salary and give it to the workers as compensation for having to deal with all of the complaints about your horrible app and horrible system. Error message every time I try to use the UoS student log in. Alerted the staff over a week ago and still not fixed. The app doesn’t even look nice, be grateful 1 star is the lowest you can get.
Appallingly bad user interface. Two ‘link account’ buttons and no instructions provided. Email address not recognised even though it’s the address used to setup my gym membership. I’m a techie that works in IT and even I found this app difficult to setup.
What an awful experience. Couldn’t set up an account even though I went through the stages with a member of staff. It still didn’t work. Nightmare
Can’t book any activities despite having eventually worked out how to (re-)sign up for casual/ guest membership. Worked just fine before the “upgrade” a few weeks ago.
The app is very good and shows you the times in stages of when the swimming is available the only thing is it doesn’t show you when the swim is ended at the end of the day what time the pool actually closes.
From the perspective of attending the gym, this app feels like a step backwards. Previously, I simply swiped my gym card a couple of times to gain entry. But now I have to scan 2 or 3 QR codes, which is much more fiddly and error prone. The launch of the app can also be descibed as "bumpy", and I'm being kind here. I've had multiple issues scanning the QR code at the building entrance, the QR code to the changing rooms has never worked (from what I can tell), and the QR code to the gym has stopped working recently (complete with a notice acknowledging this). The app has also randomly logged me out at times. The UX of the app can be described as "functional", but the look reminds me of apps I used ~10 years ago. All-in-all, this app is a bit of a let down.
The information is spread on not logical sub-menus. I foind it very confusing and not user friendly at all.
