SUSI ACTIVE

SUSI active is an easy to use application that provides easy to do workouts for both the gym and home along with yummy nutrition plans and recipe books. These workouts come with clear video clips to show you how to perform the exercise correctly if you are unsure. I have done a few of SUSI actives challenges and I have absolutely loved every single one of them. Jess is a very professional and supportive trainer that pushes you to reach your goals plus more and is consistently checking in to see how you are progressing throughout the weeks. Highly recommend using this app whether you by a program, do a challenge or simply book in a class to visit Jess down at her SUSI active gym. xx

The Susi Active app is so easy to use and provides a variety of workouts you can easily do at home. I recently purchased the Confidence Challenge, 5 workouts each week with a customized meal plan. The exercises are clear, have a video if you are unsure and really target the area intended. Communication with the coach is clear and always motivational and the weigh in each week definitely keeps you accountable. I highly recommend this app if you are looking for that little nudge in the right direction to becoming a stronger version of yourself.

I couldn’t recommend this app enough! My trainer Jess motivated me and was so flexible with my diet and accomodating with workouts. she also checked in with me weekly to see how I was mentally and physically. The confidence challenge I did had step-by-step tutorials if I was unsure of a particular work out. So easy to keep on top of my goals and track where I am. Thankyou Susi Active x
